12月5日より、AWA西伊豆では冬の始まりを静かに迎えるための小さなおもてなしとして、ホットワインとほうじ茶ゼリーをご用意いたします。

冬の西伊豆は、余計な音が消え、空気そのものが美しくなる季節。扉を閉めた先に広がるのは、凛と澄んだ時間です。

ゆっくりと喉を通るホットワインが、冷えた身体を内側からほどいていく。続いて、焙じた茶葉の香りが穏やかに広がるほうじ茶ゼリー。甘さは控えめで、余白のある味わいです。

From December 5, AWA Nishi-Izu welcomes the beginning of winter with a quiet gesture of hospitality:hot mulled wine and roasted hojicha tea jelly, prepared for our guests to enjoy.

Winter in Nishi-Izu is a season when unnecessary sounds fade away, and the air itself becomes beautifully clear.Beyond closed doors, time feels crisp, calm, and still.

As the hot wine slowly warms your body from within, tension gently loosens.It is followed by hojicha tea jelly, where the softly roasted aroma of tea leaves spreads with quiet elegance.The sweetness is restrained, leaving space—an intentional simplicity in flavor.

Rather than adding, we choose to refine.This is a quiet richness that can only be felt on a winter night.
